Located in the Al Raha Gardens in Abu Dhabi, Beacon Education is one of the most prestigious and advanced schools in the Emirates.

Scope of Work: BMS system, Supply, Engineering, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance.

AIR-CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM

• 2 Nos. Heat Exchangers (800 TR) total capacity.
• 4 Nos. chilled water pumping system (primary pumps).
• 12 Nos. FAHU, 3 Nos. AHU and 120 Nos. FCU.
• External chilled water piping system between building and substation.

PLUMBING AND WATER SUPPLY

• 3 Nos. transfer and booster pump sets.
• External water supply system.
• Drainage system.
• Installation of all sanitary ware and fittings.

FIRE FIGHTING WORK

• 2 Nos. U-L listed pump sets.
• FM-200 system for electrical room.
• Wet risers, with sprinklers and hose reel cabinets.

ELECTRICAL WORK

• Power system with a total of 2.6 MW connected load.
• 2 Nos. Transformers, 2 Nos. MDB, 6 Nos. SMDB and 30 Nos. FDB.
• 3 Nos. feeder pillars.
• HV panels.
• ELV Systems: CCTV, motion detectors, public address, lighting control, and central emergency system.
