The Contractor and Consultant award ETTS the project based on a successful track record of executing projects involving the stringent air quality requirement of a School and having offered a tailor-made solution that met the requirements of one the largest and most prestigious school’s in Sharjah.

Scope of Work: Supply, Engineering, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of BMS Systems.

AIR-CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM

(Phase I)

• 2 No. Screw type chiller (700 Tons) capacity.
• 1 No. FAHU, 2 Nos. AHU and 48 Nos. FCU.
• 2 Nos. Chilled water pumping system.
• 15 Nos. exhaust and ventilation units.
• Underground chilled water piping.

(Phase II)

• 2 Nos. FAHU with a heat recovery wheel.
• 3 Nos. AHU and 52 Nos.  FCU.
