Located in Abu Dhabi’s Marina Mall, one of the most prestigious cosmetics and perfume superstores, Paris Gallery (5000M²) commissioned our services to execute the complete MEP works for the store considering tight deadlines and adapting our design to existing site designs.

Scope of Work: Supply, Engineering, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Maintenance.

AIR-CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM

• 8 Nos. AHU and 15 Nos. FCU.

PLUMBING AND WATER SUPPLY

• Water Supply and drainage points.

FIRE-FIGHTING WORK

• Installation of Fire Alarm system.
• Sprinkler system and hose reel cabinets.
• Fire detection system.

ELECTRICAL WORK

• Consists of a total connected load of 800KW.
• 2 Nos. MDB (400 KW each) and 16 Nos. FDB.
• All related power and lighting cabling.
• ELV Systems: CCTV, motion detectors, public address, lighting control, and central emergency system.
