Scope of Work: Supply, Engineering, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Maintenance.

AIR-CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM

• 3 Nos. screw type chillers (750 TR) total capacity.
• 12 Nos. pumping system (secondary pumps).
• 2 Nos. FAHU and 90 Nos. FCU.

FIRE-FIGHTING WORK

• Fire alarm system.
• Wet and Dry risers, with sprinklers and hose reel cabinets
• Fire extinguishers.

ELECTRICAL WORK

• Power system with a total of 1.8 MW connected load.
• 2 Nos. transformers, 2 Nos. MDB, 5 Nos. SMDB and 16 Nos. FDB.
• All related power and lighting cabling.
• ELV Systems: SMATV, CCTV, and Public Address systems.

LPG SYSTEM

• Complete central LPG system with roof storage tank and distribution network to feed gas driven water heaters.
