This project involved a district cooling system In addition to being a comprehensive MEP contract.

Scope of Work: Supply, Engineering, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Maintenance.

AIR-CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM

• 8 Nos. heat exchangers.
• 12 Nos. pumping system (secondary pumps).
• 16 Nos. FAHU and 56 Nos. AHU.
• 8 Nos. central exhaust fans.
• Connection to district cooling system.

PLUMBING AND WATER SUPPLY

• RCC U/G water tank of 160 m³ capacity.
• 8 Nos. Transfer and Booster Pump Sets.
• 4 Nos. GRP water tank 60 m³ capacity each.
• Installation of all sanitary wares and fittings.
• Plumbing and domestic water work.

FIRE-FIGHTING WORK

• UL- listed fire fighting pump sets.
• Wet and Dry risers, with sprinklers and hose reel cabinets.
• Fire alarm system.

ELECTRICAL WORK

• Power system with a total of 1.8 MW total connected load.
• 9 Nos. MDB, 12 Nos. SMDB and 24 Nos. FDB.
• All related power and lighting cabling.
• ELV Systems: SMATV, CCTV, and Public Address systems.
