Project Profile

The project involves construction of two residential towers spread over a total built up area of 150,000 sqm consisting 3 basements, ground floor, 3 podiums, 53 levels in Tower 1 and 47 levels in tower 2 respectively.

The amenities in the project will include residential apartments, offices, retail area/ restaurants and car parking.

SCOPE OF WORK

MEP construction scope of works shall include supply, installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance during the warranty period and consist of but not limited to the following items.
